however we need your help to give the best quality prints.
Please be sure to review our file preparation guidelines
before ordering.
We cannot warranty the final outcome of a print if the artwork
you supply is of inferior quality or not suitable for a
print size required by you. We will do our best to give
you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for
the end product if the supplied artwork is poor. It is your
responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping
areas are indicated and where necessary corrected. The PrintBar
can work on substandard images or photos only if asked by
you.
We will do our best to give you a product as close to your
request as possible. However, under no circumstances will
we be responsible for colour matching. Our discretion is
final.
Any complaint regarding a print must be logged with us within
24 hours of receiving the delivery and it is at the discretion
of The PrintBar to name compensatory terms where we feel
that it is applicable.
Cancellations
A request may be
cancelled after work has been commenced provided all costs
incurred up to the time of cancellation are paid.
Due to the personalised nature of our service, we are unable
to provide a refund in the event that you cancel your order
(prior to completion) or should you change your mind following
receipt of goods. Any cancellation request must be made
in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible
for filling out the required information completely and
accurately. Extra care should be taken and very specific
instructions listed when giving special instructions. We
are not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect
customer instructions.
Payment Terms
Prepayment via Paypal
is required with the order. Invoices are supplied ONLY for
customers who have an account with us. If paying by personal
cheque, please add 5 working days to the delivery times
shown. Cheques should be made payable to The PrintBar, please
remember to add the relevant postage charge and post to
our address in the 'Contact' section.
Limitation
on Liability
We always take great
care to make sure your order is perfect for you and guarantee
our products 100%. However, we are NOT responsible for errors
resulting from customer's failure to communicate specific
desired instructions. If the error is on the part of The
PrintBar, our liability is limited to redoing the job to
your satisfaction or refunding your money. The PrintBar
packages all of our orders carefully and is NOT liable for
damage to products while being shipped.
Inappropriate
Content
By placing an order
with us, the customer agrees to the following conditions:
that the content selected for inclusion in a Poster does
not include any of the following: (i) child pornography
or anything that is indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious,
filthy, or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person,
a threat to injure the property or reputation of another
person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat
to inform another that a person has violated any law, or
a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging
treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law;
(iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person
or company; (v) any content that infringes the intellectual
property rights or other proprietary rights of any third
party; or (vi) any content that otherwise violates the law
applicable to such End User or applicable to such End User's
intended recipient.
Disclaimer
The PrintBar cannot
accept responsibility for copyright infringements on artwork
submitted to us for enlargement and reproduction. Customers
are requested to seek copyright permissions for any work
submitted which require such permissions.
Prices set out on this web-site are valid until Feb. 2006.
Individual quotes are valid for a 30 day period.
